Refund processing
All purchases of FalconCheck subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record. Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The Merchant of Record may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or where you exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund. This right applies to the first payment of a subscription. It does not apply to subsequent subscription payments, or to digital content that has started to be used where you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights. To exercise this right, submit a request within 14 days of your transaction date.
Consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund. Consumers in Singapore have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access. Consumers in Turkey and Israel have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The highest applicable standard of consumer protection always applies.
To request a refund, email contact@falconcheck.com with your account email and reason for the request. All refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. You can also request a refund or manage your billing directly via the "View Receipt" or "Generate Invoice" link found in your initial transaction confirmation email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further payments will be taken. Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period unless you are within an applicable statutory or discretionary refund window.
Our payment partner may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests submitted within a reasonable timeframe of the transaction date. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved in full, partially approved, or declined. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at contact@falconcheck.com before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is initiated, access to FalconCheck may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under applicable consumer protection rules.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of FalconCheck after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
