By using FalconCheck you agree to these terms. They're written to be straightforward — no legal jargon.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FalconCheck, an API monitoring service operated under the trading name FalconCheck ("FalconCheck", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using FalconCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You may only monitor endpoints and systems you own or have explicit authorization to test. You agree not to use FalconCheck to generate abusive traffic, attack third-party systems, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@falconcheck.com.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance by our Merchant of Record. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. Pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days notice.
FalconCheck targets 99.9% uptime for paid plans. FalconCheck is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
You own your data. FalconCheck processes it solely to provide the service and will not access it except to resolve support issues you initiate or as required by law. Data is deleted within 90 days of account termination.
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. FalconCheck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
FalconCheck's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. FalconCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. FalconCheck reserves the right to update this section when a formal legal entity is established.
